Who We Are?

Who We Are

Verida Supported Living is a supported living provider established in 2025, delivering services to adults aged 18 and over who require structured support to live safely and independently in their own homes.

We support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health recovery needs, including people who may experience behaviours that challenge or who have struggled in less structured or inconsistent placements in the past.

OUR APPROACH

Our approach focuses on person-centred support, promoting independence, consistent staffing, clear boundaries, and preventative practice.

CAREERS

We recruit reliable, professional staff and provide role-appropriate training, supervision, and safer recruitment checks.

Our Purpose

Our purpose is to support people to live with:

  • Stability in their daily lives

  • Safety within their own homes

  • Dignity in how they are treated

  • Choice in how they live

  • Support that adapts as they grow more independent

We believe that with the right structure, consistency, and support, people can build meaningful, self-directed lives within their communities.

Our Values

Our values guide everything we do:

Respect — Every person is treated with dignity, choice, and understanding.
Consistency — Predictable, stable support builds trust and safety.
Person-centred — Support is shaped around the individual, not the service.
Transparency — We communicate openly and honestly with all stakeholders.
Prevention — We focus on early support to prevent crisis and breakdown.
